Mechelle Flowers - President
|
|
Mechelle
Flowers is the President and founder of The Training Factor. She has
over 15 years of experience in the Multifamily industry holding
virtually all positions from leasing professional to Chief Information
Officer. In 2006 Mechelle launched a consulting and training software
company now known as The Training Factor which was essentially born as a
solution to a common problem within the multifamily industry. Mechelle
and The Training Factor team provide training, performance management
and training management to premier management companies across the country. Mechelle thoroughly understands the needs of the industry and has a
passion for employee growth and development.

Renee Saar - Vice President Implementation &
Operations
|

Renée
Saar is the Vice President of Implementations and Operations for The
Training Factor. She has nearly two decades of
managerial and customer
service experience. She started in the
property management field
in 1997 working in a leasing office in Hypoluxo, Florida.
There she learned the what customer service means from the
property management viewpoint and in 2007, she was hired by The Training
Factor. Since then, she has worked alongside its president, Mechelle
Flowers, to grow and expand the company. Customer
service is her specialty and she personally oversees the implementation
of each new client and is always in contact with current clients to
ensure their satisfaction. Renée’s passion is to
understand the needs of The Training Factor clients and work alongside
them to successfully retain both employees and residents through
education, personal improvement and professional advancement.

Jonathan Saar - Director of Marketing and Sales
|
 Jonathan
Saar is the Director of Marketing and Sales for The Training Factor. He
has over 15 years of marketing and customer service experience. In
December 2009 he was hired by The Training Factor and has been using
Social Media tools extensively to brand the company he works for and to
educate those in the industry on the benefits that come from using
Social Media properly. He has experience with blogging, Facebook,
Twitter, Linkedin, and other social media tools and has been providing
one-on-one education for The Training Factor client base. He is a live
trainer not only in Social Media but in other topics as well. His
commitment is to the industry and to make each multifamily day a better
one.

Brian Fieg - Instructional Design Consultant
|
 Since
the age of 13, Brian has had a camera in his hand and a passion for
excellent photography. He demonstrates skill in capturing the moment
while telling a story with his photographs. The foundation he built as a
photographer prepared Brian for a parallel endeavor, videography.
At the University of Central Florida, Brian majored in Radio/TV
Production and minored in Digital Media. This extensive curriculum
allowed him to gain knowledge of the industry, while his extracurricular
activities allowed him to become skilled as a professional.

Emily Fieg -
Instructional Design Consultant

Emily Fieg is an
Instructional
Design Consultant for The Training Factor. With a well
rounded liberal
arts education including an emphasis in both English and
Computer Science
as well as three years of
graphic design
experience, she is able to adapt to the many different
dimensions of elearning. Since 2008, she has worked for The
Training Factor, designing the experience through which training
is delivered. From
graphical design,
audio editing,
animation, and interactivity, she creates the virtual
environment of each course. She is also known for her acting
roles in several of the courses, playing a fictional leasing
agent who demonstrates both the wrong and right way to perform
her job. She is constantly working to make elearning a more
enjoyable and interactive experience.
