Last fall, we were looking for a state-of-the-art LMS
to enhance the profitability and professionalism of our staff. When our
Training Director recommended The Training Factor, I called a meeting to
personally see how closely the system met my five criteria:
- 24/7 web accessibility without any involvement of our MIS staff
- Minimal learning curve and usability for existing employees and new
hires
- Seamless interface with our PM software web training program and other
third party courses
- The ability to customize our in-house developed courses for the portal
- A company behind the product that was customer focused and would treat
us as an important client and partner, not just a number
Mike and Mechelle showed me how their LMS met all my criteria, and
offered us several well respected companies to call to check out their
experience. I called my own contacts at these firms and then felt
comfortable proceeding, due to the efficient and effective
implementation their firm had experienced with The Training Factor.
In summary, our timetable was met and all employees are up and running
smoothly on “Lecraw University”. I recommend this system to other

About two years ago Lane Company was introduced to
Mechelle Flowers and The Training Factor. While Lane was not in the
market for a Learning Management System (LMS), after meeting with

I cannot begin to put into words how beneficial our
Learning Xchange™ by The Training Factor has become due to The Training
Factor's Team. Our associates are able to attend class without leaving
the comfort of their home or office due to online classes. This key
element has saved thousands of dollars and increased employee morale.
New associates can be tracked from their first day of employment with
the robust reporting system. At a glance, we are able to determine which
associates are past due along with test scores (the good and the bad).
We feel our new learning management system will decrease employee
turnover as we are able to offer and track training requirements from
their first day of employment. The associates’ progress is then tied
back to our performance management system to aid in better employee
evaluations. The Learning Xchange™ has also afforded the Training
Department the luxury of enforcing policy.
Mechelle has been very instrumental in our progress and I look forward
to a long relationship with The Training Factor™.

The Worthing Companies ventured on a new endeavor in
2007 in regards to a new training module.
Using Mechelle Flowers and her program, The Worthing Companies launched
what is called WorthingNET, an interactive training tool that allows all
employees to receive training on line through our company owned courses
and through Grace Hill.
What this program has allowed the company to accomplish is consistent
training for each employee. This program has allowed us to view who has
taken which courses in the recommended time frame and their scores after
they have completed the course. This allowed the training team to see
who needs additional training in certain areas.
In addition to tracking the training, the WorthingNET has saved the
organization money in traveling fees and reducing the cost of the
training classes due to the fact that the classes are available on line
and can be taken via computer versus flying in employees to attend all
the live courses.
We have been excited about the direction WorthingNET has taken our
Training Department and are looking forward to what it will bring to the
department in 2008.

bring our training to life. We converted our existing courses to
Multi-Media which could be viewed anytime by our employees. This system
gave me free time to focus on new course development and
troubleshooting.

Being that we have properties in three different
states, IMS University has been very cost effective in ensuring that we
are providing consistent training for all of our employees. The courses
are accessed by each individual employee and this allows them to
complete their course work on their own time, which enhances the
learning process because employees don't have to stress over being
pulled away from their day to day responsibilities. This is truly the
greatest product for mass training that I've seen in many years.
