The Training Factor helped IMS Management Services bring our training to life. We converted our existing courses to Multi-Media which could be viewed anytime by our employees. This system gave me free time to focus on new course development and troubleshooting.

The Worthing Companies ventured on a new endeavor in 2007 in regards to a new training module. Using Mechelle Flowers and her program, The Worthing Companies launched what is called WorthingNET, an interactive training tool that allows all employees to receive training on line through our company owned courses and through Grace Hill.
