I cannot begin to put into words how beneficial our Learning Xchange™ by The Training Factor has become due to The Training Factor's Team. Our associates are able to attend class without leaving the comfort of their home or office due to online classes. This key element has saved thousands of dollars and increased employee morale.

New associates can be tracked from their first day of employment with the robust reporting system. At a glance, we are able to determine which associates are past due along with test scores (the good and the bad).
We feel our new learning management system will decrease employee turnover as we are able to offer and track training requirements from their first day of employment. The associates’ progress is then tied back to our performance management system to aid in better employee evaluations. The Learning Xchange™ has also afforded the Training Department the luxury of enforcing policy.
Mechelle has been very instrumental in our progress and I look forward to a long relationship with The Training Factor™.
