Last fall, we were looking for a state-of-the-art LMS to enhance the profitability and professionalism of our staff. When our Training Director recommended The Training Factor, I called a meeting to personally see how closely the system met my five criteria:

- 24/7 web accessibility without any involvement of our MIS staff
- Minimal learning curve and usability for existing employees and new hires
- Seamless interface with our PM software web training program and other third party courses
- The ability to customize our in-house developed courses for the portal
