Being that we have properties in three different states, IMS University has been very cost effective in ensuring that we are providing consistent training for all of our employees.

The courses are accessed by each individual employee and this allows them to complete their course work on their own time, which enhances the learning process because employees don't have to stress over being pulled away from their day to day responsibilities.
