Mike Flowers is the Director of Best Practices for The Training Factor. He brings over 25 years of fire, life and hazardous materials safety experience to The Training Factor Team. Mike is responsible for fire and life safety related course development which includes Occupational Safety and Health awareness.

He has held management level positions for over 20 years and is heavily involved with performance measurement and management initiatives. Mike understands the needs of property owners and managers when it comes to safety and compliance regulations and how they impact the industry. He is also heavily involved in quality assurance throughout the entire company to ensure our products are of the highest quality with unsurpassed customer satisfaction.
