Renée Saar is the Vice President of Implementations and Operations for The Training Factor. She has nearly two decades of managerial and customer service experience. She started in the property management field in 1997 working in a leasing office in Hypoluxo, Florida.

There she learned the what customer service means from the property management viewpoint and in 2007, she was hired by The Training Factor. Since then, she has worked alongside its president, Mechelle Flowers, to grow and expand the company. Customer service is her specialty and she personally oversees the implementation of each new client and is always in contact with current clients to ensure their satisfaction. Renée’s passion is to understand the needs of The Training Factor clients and work alongside them to successfully retain both employees and residents through education, personal improvement and professional advancement.
