Sherry Moore has been an active team member of The Training Factor since 2008.  She began as a secret shopper with The Training Factor, later becoming one of our Quality Assurance Analysts, and is now the Director of Mystery Shopping Services.

She has been an instrumental team member that has helped The Training Factor achieve superior satisfaction and success by nourishing and supporting both company and clients every step of the way. Having a rich background in compassionate and effective communication, sales strategies and public relations, Sherry’s demonstrated level of dedication to Performance Management and in providing leasing improvement concepts is truly impeccable.  Sherry is passionate about delivering and orchestrating the most accurate, compassionate, honest, and encouraging reporting to all of The Training Factor’s clients and leasing associates all over the U.S.
